Welcome to our virtual exhibition. In this short film we will aim to explain to you, the residents of Preston what our ambitions are for Chiltern View located at the end of Castlefield.

We will look at the background of the proposed development, take you on a virtual tour to see the site, look at what is being planned, how it will fit in with the rest of the village and examine the benefits the development will unlock for the local community.
